Recently I decided I was ready to have a car again after a six-year break. It just seemed like there were so many cars that someone must have an extra. I wanted it to be reliable, safe enough to tote kids, get good gas mileage, and be free.
I also needed free insurance. I figured after six years of not having insurance, it wouldn't be cheap to get insured again.
I told about three people. Within a week, a friend of a friend I had never met before loaned me his 2001 Audi Allroad Quatro until August. He added me to his insurance.
I pay for gas.
